Role Overview

The Global Sourcing Procurement Manager is responsible for optimizing the company’s end-to-end global supply chain, including Asia, North America, and other key international markets. 

This role provides strategic support in sourcing, procurement, production planning, and logistics to ensure timely and efficient operations across all regions. This position provides critical realtime coordination, problem solving and communication with internal and external stakeholders. 

The position provides unique insight into internal processes, vendor relationships, and operational standards to drive global supply chain efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Global Supply Chain Oversight 

  • Support end-to-end supply chain operations across Asia, North America, and other international regions. 
  • Ensure smooth, timely coordination between U.S. operations, Asia supply chain teams, and corporate leadership to meet business demands. 
  • Develop global sourcing and inventory strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market priorities. 

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management 

  • Support global negotiations with suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality raw materials and packaging. 
  • Support strategic partnerships with key vendors to ensure continuity of supply, innovation, and compliance with international quality standards. 
  • Approve supplier selection, contracts, and production allocation decisions across multiple regions.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Coordinate with R&D, Quality, Finance, and Operations teams to support product development, manufacturing, and logistics. 
  • Lead global process improvement initiatives to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency. 
  • Serve as the key point of contact between U.S. and Asia supply chain teams, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution. 
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Cost per BIB: Drive ingredient cost optimization in alignment with company margin and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Supplier OTIF: Maintain strong supplier performance to ensure purchase orders are delivered on time and in full.
  • E&O Management: Ensure effective inventory planning and controls to minimize excess and obsolete inventory exposure.
  • Cost Savings: Deliver year-over-year cost savings through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in global procurement, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
  • At least 1 years of experience managing U.S. and Asia supply chains, including supplier management and logistics coordination.
  • Hands-on knowledge of syrup and puree development and mass production manufacturing, including bag-in-box packaging and design.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ingredient application in beverage dispensing systems.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-regional teams and complex international supply networks.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep familiarity with ERP operations(NetSuite preferred) and systems optimization.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin preferred.
