Job Summary & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with deep experience in data modeling, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Oracle ERP (R12 and/or Fusion) data structures. This role is critical for building enterprisegrade analytics solutions, scalable data models, and integrated reporting frameworks that support strategic decisionmaking across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterpriselevel data models to support analytics, reporting, and integration needs.
  • Build highquality dashboards, semantic models, and datasets using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Leverage Microsoft Fabric capabilities-including Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines, Semantic Models, and Notebooks-to build scalable modern analytics solutions.
  • Develop DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and dataflows to create governed, reusable data assets.
  • Understand and interpret Oracle EBusiness Suite (R12) and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP data structures, tables, and reporting layers.
  • Translate business processes from Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions into robust analytical data models.
  • Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data logic.
  • Ensure high levels of data quality, integrity, and governance across Fabric and Power BI assets.
  • Optimize SQL queries, ETL logic, and BI models for performance and scalability.
  • Support adhoc analytics and resolve data issues as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 7-10+ years of experience in data analytics and data modeling.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, dashboard design).
  • Handson experience working with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Data Factory, OneLake).
  • Solid SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Deep practical experience designing data models with Oracle ERP R12 and/or Oracle Fusion will be highly desirable skill.
  • Understanding data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and star schema design.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary Range:

$104,000.00 - $156,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
