  • Expertise using enterprise social listening platforms such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, NetBase Quid, Synthesio, Hootsuite, or similar platforms, including advanced Boolean query development and optimization.
  • Strong strategic understanding of social listening capabilities and passion for staying educated about developments.
  • Experience analyzing paid, owned, and earned social media performance across multiple digital channels.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or comparable website analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into insightful non-technical stories.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting insights to senior leadership through executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage analytical workstreams and collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders.
  • High level of comfort operating in a fast-paced environment, independently prioritizing multiple projects, and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including experience presenting data visually for executive audiences.
  • Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar visualization platforms preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, market research, data analytics, economics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Experience supporting Fortune 500 brands, communications agencies, public relations firms, marketing agencies, consulting organizations, or enterprise corporate communications teams preferred.
