Job description

Position Summary

The Global Consulting Services Intern will support the newly launched Global Consulting Services organization by developing and implementing a best-practices and continuous improvement framework for the Global Consulting offering. Working closely with consulting leaders and practitioners, the intern will assess consulting methodologies, engagement execution, digital model adoption, and service delivery processes to identify improvement opportunities, operational blind spots, and areas for standardization.

The intern will be expected to deliver a sustainable knowledge and continuous improvement platform that enables consulting teams to consistently execute and scale the Global Consulting Services offering.

Primary Internship Project

Global Consulting Best Practices & Continuous Improvement Program

The intern will:

  • Assess existing consulting engagements across the Global Consulting Services portfolio.
  • Document current delivery approaches, tools, templates, and methodologies.
  • Identify common success factors and repeatable best practices.
  • Analyze delivery challenges, process inefficiencies, and organizational blind spots.
  • Evaluate adoption of TCP consulting methodologies and Digital Models.
  • Gather feedback from consultants, sales teams, delivery leaders, and key stakeholders.
  • Benchmark consulting delivery practices across internal service organizations and industry standards.
  • Develop recommendations for improving consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

Final Deliverable

At the conclusion of the internship, the intern will own delivery of:

Global Consulting Services Playbook

Including:

  • Best practice repository
  • Consulting engagement lifecycle framework
  • Lessons learned library
  • Digital Model adoption recommendations
  • Continuous Improvement opportunities roadmap
  • Consulting quality and governance recommendations
  • Process improvement backlog
  • Future enhancement recommendations

The deliverable should be designed for ongoing use by Global Consulting leadership and practitioners as the organization scales globally.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support strategic initiatives related to the Global Consulting launch.
  • Create executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Analyze business and operational performance data.
  • Participate in customer solution and consulting strategy discussions.
  • Assist in development of consulting assets, methodologies, and reusable intellectual property.
  • Support knowledge management and documentation activities.

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
