Jira Analyst – Engineering Project Management Overview / Summary The JIRA Analyst provides tracking and coordination support for engineering and project management activities. This role supports pre-launch and launch activities, coordinates vehicle and part readiness, tracks JIRA tickets from submission through closure, and communicates with cross-functional teams through both written and verbal communication. Key Responsibilities Provide engineering and project management support throughout engineering gateways and launch phases. Serve as a cross-functional coordinator and point of contact among engineering, program, finance, quality, software, purchasing, vehicle operations, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Provide prototype, pre-launch, and launch build-site support. Coordinate ECU hardware and software update events. Track vehicle and part readiness and support on-time part delivery. Coordinate the resolution of build issues. Support vehicle and part sign-off activities. Facilitate communication between vehicle program, software, prototype build, and launch teams. Track JIRA tickets from initial submission through closure. Communicate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Program, and Purchasing, through written and verbal communication. Required Qualifications Experience providing tracking and coordination support for engineering or project management activities. Experience working with JIRA tickets from input through closure. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Experience supporting prototype, pre-launch, or launch activities.
