Plant Lean Leader


FPC of Greensboro has partnered with a global industrial manufacturing leader in their search for a Plant Lean Leader. The Lean Leader will identify any existing gaps in business metrics and work with various departments to establish and execute a strategy for improving them. They will collaborate with leadership to develop a plant CI roadmap and drive organizational change to achieve successful implementation.


We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of Continuous Improvement experience. The successful candidate will have the desire to drive change and will be motivated to exceed expectations.
