Job description

Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and forward-thinking Lifecycle Marketing & CRM Sr. Manager to lead our global lifecycle marketing team. In this role, you will elevate our practice beyond traditional email marketing into a lifecycle management ecosystem. You will oversee the overarching CRM strategy, fiscal priorities, and database growth for our entire brand portfolio, while executing the strategy for the Gaming portfolio directly. Managing a dedicated internal team and key agency partners, you will architect the consumer journey from acquisition through retention. As a strategic business leader, you will guide the team in maximizing our tech stack—specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enterprise (MCE) and our new Customer Data Platform (CDP)—to deliver hyper-personalized, multi-channel customer experiences that drive lifetime value (LTV).

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Direction
  • Define the annual and quarterly global lifecycle and CRM roadmap, aligning customer-centric strategies with commercial objectives.
  • Shift the organization from email execution to comprehensive customer lifecycle management, mapping end-to-end user journeys.
  • Drive the strategy and optimization for foundational global triggers, such as onboarding/welcome series, cart/browse abandonment, and win-back programs.
  • Establish clear KPIs, growth targets, and resource allocation for the lifecycle marketing group.
  • Establish ways of working between global and regional teams, partnering across commercial and creative partners, establishing templates and toolkits for efficiency and brand consistency.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Oversee and unify CRM strategies and processes for both Gaming and Personal Workspace (PWS) categories, ensuring distinct audience personas are targeted effectively.
  • Coach, mentor, and upskill an internal team of CRM professionals, building expertise in complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns and quality execution across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Cloud.
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning regarding platforms and CRM methodologies.
  • Build a culture of testing with a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing framework across the team and agencies to continuously optimize content, timing, and multi-channel orchestration.
CDP & MCE Business Ownership
  • Serve as the strategic business owner for utilization and optimization of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enterprise (MCE).
  • Partner with the Digital Office and Data Analytics to mature our data infrastructure and metrics.
  • Set policies and standards to ensure global data compliance (GDPR, CCPA), optimize subscriber acquisition strategies, and maintain overall list health.
Gaming Category CRM Execution
  • Develop and execute the Gaming category lifecycle strategy, modeling system utilization and analytical excellence and leveraging external agencies to execute the program.
  • Define audience segmentation strategies reflecting gaming personas (competitive gamers, streamers, casual players) and lifecycle stages.
  • Optimize revenue per subscriber, identifying high-value segments for cross-sell, upsell, and customer value maximization.
  • Create personalization frameworks based on gaming preferences, purchase history, and engagement patterns.
  • Partner with the Global Gaming Marketing and NAM teams to integrate CRM into broader brand campaigns and product launches.
Profile & Key QualificationsTechnical Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within consumer-facing environments (Gaming, Tech, or Consumer Electronics highly preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports and leading external agency partners/vendors.
  • Strong strategic and operational knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enterprise (MCE) (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions) and Customer Data Platforms (CDP / Data Cloud).
  • Deep familiarity with marketing attribution models, predictive analytics, LTV modeling, and leveraging advanced customer segmentation tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Strategic & Soft Skills
  • Commercial Acumen: A strategic thinker who naturally connects lifecycle marketing initiatives to bottom-line business outcomes and revenue generation.
  • Gaming Champion: Authentic empathy for and understanding of our consumers, with particular focus and experience with the passionate gaming community.
  • Change Agent: Proactive self-starter capable of navigating matrixed global environments and driving transformation.
  • Communicator: Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills to secure buy-in from partners and peers as well as the executional team.

This is a hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to work onsite at our Irvine, CA office 2–3 days per week, with the remaining days remote. Specific onsite days will be coordinated with your manager and team.

Logitech offers an annual base salary typically between $ 143,000 and $ 196,000, depending on location and experience.
