As our Events and Field Manager, you will be the driving force behind our global event marketing strategy, creating memorable experiences that connect our brand with customers and prospects. You will manage all aspects of our virtual and in-person events, from large-scale industry trade shows to intimate regional gatherings. This role is ideal for a highly organized and energetic individual who is passionate about event logistics, promotion, and demonstrating the tangible impact of events on the sales pipeline.Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the annual event calendar across tiers 1-4, from flagship conferences and sponsored industry events to regional roundtables, webinars, and local field programs, tracking execution against plan by tier
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, vendor relationships, staffing, registration, and production timelines to deliver high-quality virtual and in-person experiences
  • Develop promotional plans, including account-based event tactics for named target accounts, that drive attendance, engagement, and follow-up readiness
  • Run client-facing field events (client appreciation programs, executive briefings) with a focus on attendance, engagement, and post-event satisfaction/NPS to support retention
  • Coordinate with Regional Coordinators and local commercial teams across North America, Europe, and Asia to adapt execution to market needs while maintaining a consistent global standard
  • Track and report event ROI (cost per lead/opportunity, sourced and influenced pipeline, client engagement) and own disciplined lead handoff to Sales in the days following each event
  • Use AI tools to support event content generation, performance reporting, and workflow automation across planning and follow-up
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in B2B event marketing or field marketing, including ownership of multiple concurrent events and programs, preferably in banking, financial services, fintech, or a similar B2B industry; global experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, hospitality, communications, or a related field
  • Strong event planning and project management skills across budgets, logistics, vendors, timelines, staffing, and on-site/virtual execution
  • Experience with ABM/account-based event tactics and pipeline-attribution reporting (sourced vs. influenced)
  • Experience managing webinar/virtual event platforms and CRM or marketing automation integrations for lead capture, tracking, and follow-up
  • Disciplined about post-event lead handoff and sales follow-through, not just event execution
  • Comfort using AI tools for content generation, data analysis, and workflow automation
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and composed under live-event pressure, with strong vendor negotiation skills
  • Experience managing budgets across multiple concurrent events; willingness to travel for in-person events as required
Travel Requirements
  • Occasional travel may be required
