Job description


Event Planning & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution for assigned events, including tradeshows, partner events, community activations, etc.
  • Manage event timelines, project plans, budgets, vendors, agencies, staffing plans, and operational schedules.
  • Collaborate on Go-to-Market strategy to build broader event campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, PR, Partnerships, and regional teams to ensure event objectives are achieved.
  • Track and report post-event recaps, learnings, and ROI results.

Inventory, Shipping & Logistics
  • Own event inventory management and logistics across all assigned events.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of event assets, products, demo displays, furniture, and marketing materials.
  • Work in tandem with our Shipping & Logistics team to coordinate domestic and international shipping, freight, customs documentation.
  • Develop and maintain inventory procedures that improve efficiency and event readiness.
  • Ensure all event assets are packed, shipped, tracked, returned, and stored properly.
  • Manage on-site logistics and coordinate deliveries during event setup and teardown.
  • Collaborate with Technical cross-functional team members to ensure technical accuracy and product readiness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify event goals, product priorities, and activation opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, venues, production partners, and logistics providers.

Required
  • 3-5+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, trade show management, or event operations.
  • Experience managing large-scale events from planning through execution.
  • Strong knowledge of event logistics, inventory management, and shipping operations.
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, brand, product, and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Ability to lift and move event materials up to 30 lbs.

Preferred
  • Experience in gaming, consumer electronics, computer hardware, esports, or related industries.
  • Serve as a technical resource during event setup, execution, and troubleshooting as see fit.
  • Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting PCs.
  • Experience with demo environments, technical product presentations, and live activations.
  • Passion for gaming, technology, and experiential marketing.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
