  • Preparing and implementing EHS training and communication plans with HR support.

  • Investigating and analyzing accidents/incidents and sharing lessons learned through REX reports.

  • Submitting monthly EHS reports and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

  • Monitoring historical pollution and associated risks.

  • Driving continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

  • Deep understanding of local legal requirements.

  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills.

  • Initiative, action-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills.

  • Analytical thinking and a rigorous approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and strong computer skills.

  • No regular travel expected ; About less than 5% for trainings/conferences if needed

Things you'll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey - the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You'll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines.
