Position Summary:
The Glaze Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the glazing process to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency. This role plays a key part in meeting daily production goals while maintaining food safety and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate glazing equipment to apply glaze to finished products
  • Monitor product flow and adjust equipment as needed for quality and consistency
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of glaze equipment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Communicate with team members and Line Lead to maintain production flow
  • Assist with general production duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous production or food manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
  • Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
