Job description

This position focuses on delivering customer service excellence, and convenient Food & Beverage services, by preparing beverages for Casino guests in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.

Successful completion of a Bartending course at a recognized institution would be preferred. Successful completion of Responsible Service of Alcohol Program is preferred. Experience in customer service and working with many diversified situations and personalities. Previous bartending experience in the restaurant and/or gaming industry would be preferred.Providing exceptional hospitality, emphasizing personalized service and attentive treatment, to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Receiving drink orders. Preparing mixed drinks, bottled/draught beer, wine, and other beverages. Maintaining bar inventory and liquor storage. Cleaning and maintaining bar glassware, surfaces, tools, and equipment. Serving food/snacks to customers. Accepting payment from patrons. Adhering to responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Handling other related tasks as required, providing service to bar patrons.
