Job Summary:
American Shower Glass is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented installer to install custom frameless glass shower enclosures. This role requires precision, teamwork, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
You will build relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. You will receive training on all products and will be fully equipped with the skills and tools needed to become a valuable part of the American Shower Glass operations team.
We Are Looking for an Individual Who Is:

Able to identify and resolve problems
Responsibilities:
Install custom frameless glass shower enclosures with precision and care
Work in two-person teams to complete on-site installations
Interact respectfully with customers to explain installations and answer questions
Use various tools including drills, levels, suction cups, and measuring tapes
Safely lift and handle glass panels (up to 45 kg / 100 lbs)
Apply sealant and ensure flawless, watertight finishes
Maintain a clean and protected work area inside customers' homes
Follow company safety and quality standards on all jobs
Upon completion, document the installation according to company policy
Preferred: Fluency in English and Spanish
Job Type:
Full-time
Monday through Friday (depending on installation demand)
Start time: 7:00 and 7:30 AM, with the first client scheduled at 9:00 AM
Compensation: Competitive base salary + Benefits
Experience:
More than 5 years of experience installing glass shower enclosures
Experience in retail or high-volume installation environments
Familiarity with safety standards and best practices for handling glass
Valid driver's license - required
