What You’ll Do
As a Panel Installer, you’ll play a crucial role in the assembly and installation of aluminum panels for high-profile commercial projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Expertly installing and fabricating aluminum panels.
  • Ensuring quality by mastering repair techniques and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Operating a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, utility knives, etc.).
  • Running smooth, precise caulk lines.
  • Preparing materials for upcoming work and maintaining a clean, safe worksite.
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver projects on time and to standard.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented. Here’s what we’re seeking:
  • 1+ years of commercial construction experience preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of construction fundamentals, including tape measure usage and tool operation.
  • A high level of accuracy and focus on delivering quality work.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights using company-provided safety equipment.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for projects, with potential overnight stays.
  • The ability to lift up to 75+ pounds with frequent bending, lifting and twisting.
  • Reliable transportation to meet the needs of the position.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Employment contingent upon passing required pre-employment screenings, in compliance with applicable laws.
Work Schedule
  • Monday – Friday, with general work hours dependent on project requirements.
  • Flexibility needed based on project demands and travel.
