Front Desk Agent

The Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Front Desk Agent who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The Front Desk Agent reports to the Assistant Director of Rooms. Work authorization for the location is required.

Passionate Four Seasons professionals ensure that every experience is unlike another, and every guest is the most important person in the room.

Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, is seeking a highly motivated and service-minded individual to join Front Office Team. The Front Desk Receptionist welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.

Candidate is preferred to have previous experience in a luxury, fast paced environment. Availability to work overnight shifts required. Candidate must have authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills: We are looking for individuals with high organizational skills. Speaking, writing and reading English is required. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts including overnight, holidays and weekends.

Hourly Rate: First 9 months: $26.44 (80% of contract rate). Next 9 months: $29.74 (90% of contract rate). After completion of 18 months of service: 100% of contract rate.
