Drive Business Growth
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
  • Lead RFQs, quotations, and negotiations to win profitable business
  • Define and execute pricing strategies, margin targets, and commercial conditions
  • Contribute to short- and long-term strategic planning and market development
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer quotations and proposals
  • Own contract reviews, negotiations, and risk assessments
  • Track and report on sales performance, profitability, and KPIs
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis
  • Monitor industry, financial, and technology trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop account strategies and sales forecasts to support business planning

Own the Customer Relationship
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met
