  • Validate software deployments across cloud-hosted environments and support release readiness activities.
  • Troubleshoot automation, environment, and test data issues to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Leverage AI-assisted and emerging agentic engineering tools to accelerate test design, automation development, test maintenance, and defect investigation.
  • Evaluate AI-generated code, tests, and recommendations, applying sound engineering judgment to ensure maintainability, reliability, and quality.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve quality engineering efficiency through automation, intelligent tooling, and modern engineering practices.
  • Mentor team members and help advance quality engineering standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, SDET, or related roles.
  • Strong experience building automated UI, API, and integration tests.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD practices.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices in a rapidly evolving software development environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience testing React applications and customer-facing workflows.
  • Experience with Node.js tooling and services built on .NET and/or Java.
  • Knowledge of GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Azure cloud services.
  • Experience with performance, accessibility, security, or reliability testing.
  • Familiarity with BDD, spec-driven development, or requirements-first engineering practices.
  • Experience using GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted development tools, or emerging agent-based engineering workflows to improve development, testing, or quality engineering productivity.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI-assisted software engineering and a track record of successfully adopting new technologies and tools.
