- Coordinate project activities with internal teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

- Ensure project deliverables meet applicable codes, regulations, and company quality standards.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential challenges or risks.
- Provide recommendations and solutions to engineering and construction-related issues.
- Support construction administration activities, including site visits, observations, and responses to contractor inquiries.
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor to Civil Engineer I and II staff.
- Review work products prepared by junior team members for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships and support business development efforts.
- Represent the firm professionally in meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Travel to project sites as required.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
- 3-8 years of related civil engineering experience.
- EIT certification required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
- Experience managing civil engineering projects or significant project tasks with limited supervision.
- Experience in an engineering consulting environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal permitting and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and common civil engineering design software.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects from conceptual design through construction.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior staff.
