Job description

Position: GIS Consultant
Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: 24+ months
Remote - Need to be onsite when needed.
Required Skills:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in GIS development, programming, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, geospatial analysis (or equivalent working knowledge/experience).
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in SQL, HTML5, JSON, RESTful web services, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, Google, scripting languages (Python, and/or ModelBuilder), Workflow automation, and various API libraries.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing and supporting GIS interfaces with non-spatial data using SQL (via stored procedures, ETL, SSIS, SSRS, etc.)
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in ArcGIS for Server 10.x and its extensions (Spatial Analyst, 3D Analyst, Network Analyst, etc.).
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in supporting Federated ArcGIS Enterprise Architecture in an AWS or any other Cloud environment.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with geographic data management, including ESRI geodatabases and RDBMS.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in multi-user geodatabases and geodatabase design, database replication/versioning techniques and best practices, and ArcGIS desktop client/ArcSDE server interface.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience installing, configuring, performing software upgrades, applying security patches, and administering ArcGIS Enterprise, FME Server, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro and extensions, as well as FME Desktop on workspaces.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience collecting business requirements and providing solution design, build, and test plans for the deployment of GIS applications and solutions following SDLC.
Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
