  • Configure Pre-Planning, including occupancy and building records, hazards, tactical information, and pre-incident plans aligned to NFPA 1620 practice.
  • Configure Responder for mobile incident response, including unit response views, dispatch and AVL information, and field access to occupancy and pre-plan data.
  • Configure Hydrants, including hydrant inventory, flow testing records, and water supply data aligned to NFPA 291 practice.
  • Configure Command for incident command and accountability, including tactical worksheets and on-scene workflows.
Project execution and product partnership
  • Partner with the assigned Implementation Manager to deliver milestones on plan, surfacing risks early.
  • Maintain accurate project status, level-of-effort actuals, and configuration documentation in Rocketlane.
  • Partner with Technical Services on CAD and AVL data flows relevant to Responder and Command.
  • Surface product gaps, defects, and enhancement requests for the cluster to the Team Manager and Product organization.

Qualifications:
  • Three or more years of customer-facing implementation, configuration, or professional services experience in a SaaS environment, or equivalent operational experience in a fire or public safety agency.
  • Strong public safety industry knowledge, including fire ground operations, incident command structures, pre-incident planning, and water supply.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of field response workflows and the operational contexts in which mobile response tools are used.
  • Familiarity with GIS and mapping concepts as applied to occupancies, hydrants, and response data.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects.
  • Excellent communication, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with Rocketlane or a comparable professional services delivery platform.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Direct experience as a firefighter, company officer, training officer, or fire service GIS or pre-planning coordinator.
  • Working knowledge of NFPA 1620 (pre-incident planning) and NFPA 291 (fire flow testing and hydrant marking).
  • Experience with GIS platforms, or with mobile data terminal and field-response applications.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, including account data hygiene and project handoff from sales.
  • PMP, ITIL, or equivalent professional certification.
