Job Description GIS Support Specialist Location: Mansfield, MA Job Type: Contract Pay: $18-$20 per hour Position Overview M Force Partners is seeking a detail-oriented GIS Support Specialist to provide administrative and technical support to the Engineering Communications team. This GIS Support Specialist role focuses on entering field data into work management systems and assisting with design support through accurate measurements and drawing setup. The ideal GIS Support Specialist thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with data management tools, spatial design systems, and engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume data entry and process field information into work management systems Research and compile data from multiple sources to create complete job packages Provide accurate field measurements to support designers and engineers during project development Set up drawings using proper scaling techniques and adjust scales as needed to meet standards Support engineering and design teams with documentation and project information Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of all entered data Required Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment Strong follow-through and commitment to completing assigned tasks Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or higher in Automated Computer Design/Drafting, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Engineering, or a related field Experience with GIS platforms such as Intergraph FRAMME, Smallworld, or G-Tech Familiarity with workflow or project management tools such as Asana or Microsoft Planner Experience setting up and converting drawings from multiple sources while maintaining consistent standards Job presented by M Force Partners M Force Partners is a specialized recruitment partner connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations.
