Job description

Looking for steady hours, strong pay, and work you can feel good about? All Care Services, LLC is hiring a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician in Merriam, KS, and we're ready to meet you. Apply today and start building a reliable future!

We offer a starting pay of $19.50 per hour, along with a weekend differential of $3.00 per hour. This means that with weekend work and the potential for overtime (3 to 5 hours per week), many team members exceed the base rate. (Overtime is not guaranteed, and actual earnings may vary based on the schedule, average annual earnings around 46-47k.)

Morning and evening/overnight shifts are available. The schedules include:

  • 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
  • 8:30 PM to 4:00 AM

Both schedules offer five days of work followed by two days off.

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

You begin each shift by reviewing your assigned locations and inspecting them for cleanliness and safety. You clear debris, operate and maneuver maintenance sweeper vehicles, and resolve safety concerns as they arise. You stay in sync with your teammates, communicating clearly and working together to maintain professional, secure properties. You also take care of your equipment, keeping the sweeper trucks clean and in good working order so that every property reflects the high standards our team is known for.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN?

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
