Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Support retail sales and guest satisfaction: Assist in marketing and selling merchandise to maximize profitability and deliver an exceptional shopping experience
  • Manage inventory and merchandising: Participate in buying, ordering, inspecting, pricing, and displaying merchandise to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Assist with financial processes: Support forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, payroll, and inventory control
  • Support retail operations: Perform retail associate duties as needed to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional guest service
  • Supervise and develop the team: Train, schedule, and oversee retail staff, providing guidance and support to build an engaged and high-performing team
