Ghost Ranch seeks a highly organized manager for a new position overseeing the operations of museums, tours, and the library, ensuring that thousands of visitors each year experience high-quality educational tours and activities. The Manager is responsible for scheduling public and private tours, managing tour guides and museum staff, coordinating school field trips, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Additional Areas of Responsibility
  • Administration: Plan schedule and logistics for daily tour offerings, private tours, and school groups. Manage online booking system.
  • Team Management: Train, schedule, and manage five staff plus volunteers for seasonal and year-round needs.
  • Lead Tours and Activities: While this job is primarily operational, be prepared to step up to lead tours and activities when needed.
