Job description

CA&M, Inc. is now NOW HIRING experienced GTA Standardized Patients that canportray the physical and emotional criteria of a sexual assault case as well retain and assess the details of each student encounter. Standardized patients must, accurately and consistently, recreate the history, personality, physical findings, and emotional structure and response pattern of a sexual assault.


We are NOW hiring for our first set of events which will be in Guam, and Germany respectively January 11-15, 2026.


Standardized Patients teach and portray a medical-forensic history, physical assessment skills, including genital exam and speculum insertion, evidence collection and trauma-informed clinical skills, using their own body as the model, in a simulated clinical environment. The SP also provides feedback and evaluates learner performance.


Requirements


  • Each Standardized Patient is required to be familiar the female genital anatomy.
  • SPs also need to be familiar with vaginal and rectal anatomy and sexual assault medical forensic exams.
  • Each SPs is required to be familiar with the anatomy relating specifically to SAMFE exams and interactive skills to relate the needed information/feedback during each encounter.
  • The SP's is required to have the ability to discuss the Sexual Assault Forensic Examination (SAFE) while being performed on them as indicated by the instructor.
  • The SP must have a high level of comfort with their own body along with clear and concise communication skills.
  • No physical health conditions contradicting the assigned case may exist during performance as an SP.
  • Each SP must maintain appropriate hygiene to include the anogenital area and be free of active Sexually Transmitted Infection such as outbreak HSV.
  • Valid U.S. Passport with no less than 6 months of validity remaining.
  • Willing to travel to Guam or Germany.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Must be able to maintain both patient and educator points of view and switch back and forth between the two with ease
  • Must be able to deliver concise and relevant learner feedback.
