Airbus Helicopters, Inc. is looking for a visionary leader to step into the role of Senior Manager, Connected Services North America based in Grand Prairie, TX.

In this high-impact, strategic position, you will drive the technical, commercial, and cultural transformation of Airbus Helicopters' services offering into a cutting-edge, data-driven enterprise across the United States and Canada. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Aircraft Technical Services , you won't just manage a specialized regional P&L -your true power will lie in your systemic influence and ability to orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Offers, Contracts, Programs, Support and Services, Information Management, and the Design Office.

Your Challenges:

Operational & Ecosystem Management: 50%

  • eSolutions Lifecycle: Oversee the high-complexity lifecycle of eSolutions. Accountable for regional sales administration, software integration, data migration, and level 2/3 technical support infrastructure.

  • End-to-End Service Delivery: Enforce complex data-sharing agreements, intellectual property boundaries, intangible export control regulations across international borders. Coordinate ground tools delivery (supply chain, software installation, configuration, and billing) to ensure on-time delivery aligned with Aircraft Programs' master planning.

  • Internal Data Analytics: Serve as the regional champion for data-driven business models, actively driving a cultural shift within Airbus Helicopters and customer ecosystems to transition traditional services into digitalized solutions. Collect business requirements to leverage fleet data analysis for S&S business functions. Prioritize portfolio tasks and balance workloads for the Data Scientists/Analysts pool. Ensure Minimum Viable Product (MVP) delivery using Agile PLM practices, coordinating with the IM team to transition projects into operational run mode.

Strategy & Market Development: 35%

  • Strategic Alignment: Define and execute the Connected Services strategy for North America, significantly influencing Central Headquarters (France/Germany) by synthesizing regional market dynamics and customer requirements.

  • Partnerships: Develop high-stakes technical partnerships and data-sharing frameworks with external operators, regional stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Lead regional "make or buy" policy decisions and support M&A activities.

  • Sales Support & Market Analysis: Run local business opportunities, co-manage the regional sales funnel, and lead the elaboration of the Regional Capture Plan.

Performance Management: 15%

  • Training & Development: Train and coordinate Connected Services referents in Customer Centers (CCs), as well as regional sales forces and Customer Support Managers (CSMs).

  • Performance Tracking: Define Connected Services performance targets for Regional CC Heads and monitor regional operational and financial KPIs.

  • Forecasting: Consolidate, challenge, and deliver regional financial and operational forecast inputs to the central team.

Your Boarding Pass:

  • Possess a BS in Engineering, Information Management/Technology, Business or related field

  • Ten (10) years in aviation or other technical industry

  • Three (3) years project management experience

  • Ability to use analytics to drive key success metrics related to operational efficiency and revenue generation

  • Data governance and intangible export control understanding

  • Google Suite or Microsoft Office

  • Data processing tools

Travel Required:

  • 30% Domestic and International

Physical Requirements:

  • Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts.

  • Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs.

  • Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs.

  • Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools.

  • Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on the computer.

  • Squatting / Kneeling: able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.

  • Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor.

  • Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice.

  • Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents): able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces.

  • Personal Protective Equipment required: Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site

  • Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visits, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor.
