IT Support Technician (w/m/d)
Munich, DE, On-site, Full-time
CCG is currently looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT Department in our Munich office. This role will provide technical support and maintain IT systems for our fast-paced domestic and international multi-company organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
  • Answer Help Desk calls and emails, and create tickets to track issues.
  • Monitor and resolve support cases submitted via email and web portal.
  • Set up and maintain IT asset inventory.
  • Facilitate creation and maintenance of IT documentation.
  • Assist with the coordination of large-scale IT projects.
  • Maintain documentation of maintenance work and issues when necessary.
  • Provide technical support to local and remote office users as needed.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in desktop support, end-user computing, or IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and business-critical applications in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate between technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Fluency in written and oral English and German.
  • Technical competence supporting Windows, Mac, hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers), Microsoft Office Suite, and standard packaged software solutions.
  • A+ certification or equivalent skill level preferred.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet urgent and overlapping deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects.
  • Availability to travel occasionally to tradeshows.

HRE AUFGABEN ALS IT-SUPPORT-TECHNIKER
  • Beantwortung von Helpdesk-Anrufen und -E-Mails sowie Erstellung von Tickets zur Nachverfolgung von Problemen.
  • Überwachung und Bearbeitung von Supportfällen, die per E-Mail und über das Webportal eingereicht werden.
  • Einrichtung und Pflege des IT-Bestandsverzeichnisses.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege der IT-Dokumentation.
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination groß angelegter IT-Projekte.
  • Bei Bedarf Dokumentation von Wartungsarbeiten und Problemen.
  • Bei Bedarf technische Unterstützung für Nutzer in lokalen und entfernten Büros.

WAS SIE ZUM IDEALEN KANDIDATEN MACHT
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Desktop-Support, Endbenutzer-IT oder IT-Support, einschließlich der Fehlerbehebung bei Hardware, Software und geschäftskritischen Anwendungen in einem Unternehmensumfeld.
  • Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, zwischen technischem und nicht-technischem Personal zu kommunizieren.
