Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing post-acute care team serving patients in Bamberg, South Carolina.

This role provides primary care services within skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living communities. Providers enjoy a predictable weekday schedule, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while making a lasting impact on their quality of life.
