POSITION OVERVIEWThe Lead Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide spectrum of HVAC equipment including specialty systems, communicating platforms, geothermal applications, and high-rise mechanical setups. This role requires a technician with exceptional problem-solving ability and experience across multiple disciplines within HVAC technology.
The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, customer-focused, and capable of leading complex service tasks independently.
