Position Overview

This opportunity is ideal for a Geotechnical Engineer who is ready to take the next step toward senior project leadership.You will play a highly visible role managing geotechnical projects, leading investigations, performing engineering analysis, coordinating with clients, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting the successful delivery of technically challenging projects.The position combines hands-on engineering, project management, client interaction, and leadership development, creating an exceptional platform for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead geotechnical projects from proposal through construction.
  • Perform geotechnical analyses and engineering design for a variety of project types.
  • Design and evaluate deep foundation systems, underpinning solutions, and excavation support systems.
  • Oversee field investigations, subsurface exploration programs, and construction observation activities.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, recommendations, proposals, and construction documents.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, financial performance, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support technical development across the team.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Maintain the highest standards of technical quality and project execution.
