-Geospatial - 5-10+ years' experience working with proprietary and open-source geospatial data formats.
-Development - Experience with geospatial software API's for data transformation and analysis:

-GDAL
-GeoPandas (optionally, PySAL or MovingPandas)
-Data Automation - Experience with automating geospatial data workflows through tools like
