In this role, you will support construction projects from design through as-built documentation, integrating geospatial data, Civil 3D, and reality capture workflows to help deliver projects on time and accurately. You will manage geodatabases, process point clouds and UAV/drone data, and integrate GIS with CAD and BIM models to provide actionable information for construction planning and field teams. How will you contribute to the team.

To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Develop and maintain geodatabases, including feature classes, attribute schemas, and asset classifications, tailored for construction projects. Import, export, and integrate Civil 3D and survey data into GIS for construction and design coordination. Process photogrammetry and LiDAR point clouds to create surfaces, topography, and extract features for project use.

Support as-built verification, site documentation, and construction progress monitoring using geospatial data. Collaborate with BIM/VDC coordinators, engineers, and survey teams to integrate GIS, CAD, and BIM models for construction workflows. Prepare maps, datasets, and visualizations to support field operations, project management, and subcontractors.

Ensure data integrity, coordinate system consistency, and adherence to company GIS standards throughout construction projects. Education and Experience: Associate or Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in GIS/CAD integration, ideally within construction or civil engineering projects.

Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro / ArcMap / ArcGIS Online and AutoCAD / Civil 3D. Experience with geodatabase schema design, feature classes, subtypes, and domains. Experience with reality capture: UAV/drone mapping, photogrammetry, LiDAR, or point cloud processing.

Familiarity with BIM workflows (Revit, Navisworks, InfraWorks) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Working Conditions: Office and site-based position.
