Job description

Geospatial Analyst, Mid

The Opportunity:

Design and develop geospatial, imagery, full-motion video, or remote sensing solutions to solve problems and create products in areas such as national security, natural resource management, or health or urban planning. Apply advanced advisory skills and extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Provide geospatial and imagery expertise and quantitative analysis to make recommendations that improve data curation and development in support of Machine Learning algorithm testing and evaluation.Work without considerable direction.

You Have:

  • Experience with imagery analytical products and conducting multi-INT analysis

  • Knowledge of how to apply evolving technology and methodologies

  • Ability to utilize structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data and visualization tools to exploit data through use of programming and scripting

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • HS diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience with geospatial analysis, Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with geospatial analysis, or Master's degree and 2+ years of experience with geospatial analysis

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience working with or developing ML algorithms for exploiting overhead imagery and motion imagery products

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
