REQUIRED SKILLS
Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, NestJS / Node.js, PostgreSQL, Python, AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway), AWS CDK / CloudFormation, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), GIS / interactive mapping, Progressive Web Apps (offline-first), Generative AI (RAG), Power BI.
Experience building responsive, component-based front ends (Angular preferred; React/Vue transferable) with reactive/state-management patterns.
Experience with cloud-native backend development and RESTful API design.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure a plus) and their compute, storage, database, and messaging services.
Experience with relational databases and ORMs (PostgreSQL), plus schema design and migrations.
Experience with geospatial/GIS development, offline-first/PWA engineering, systems integration/ETL, or generative-AI applications is a plus.
