Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
Walmart is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of geospatial products that power new store growth across Walmart U.S., Sam's Club, and International markets. As part of the Global Realty Product organization, you will transform site selection through AI, advanced geospatial analytics, and data-driven decision-making to identify the right location, in the right market, at the right time. Partnering across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Strategy, and Global Realty, you'll build scalable solutions that improve the speed, accuracy, and confidence of real estate investment decisions while enabling Walmart's long-term global growth.
About the team:
The team leads product initiatives for Walmart’s global Real Estate business, developing AI-enabled solutions that support physical growth, fleet remodels, facilities maintenance, and digital twin technologies. 
What you'll do:
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for Walmart's geospatial site selection platform. 
  • Partner with Realty, Market Strategy, Finance, Engineering and Data Science to translate complex business challenges into scalable digital products. 
  • Develop capabilities that improve trade area analysis, market evaluation, competitive intelligence, and site prioritization. 
  • Balance customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, and long-term platform scalability when making product decisions. 
  • Lead products through the full lifecycle
  • Define success metrics and continuously improve product performance. 
  • Apply geospatial analytics, predictive modeling, and AI to improve the quality and speed of site selection decisions. 

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise software or data-driven products that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong customer and business acumen with the ability to translate complex operational challenges into innovative product solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to use customer research, market insights, product analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions and prioritize investments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data, AI, or analytics to improve business performance and decision making.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and long-term platform strategy when making product decisions.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
