The Opportunity
As a GIS Web AI Developer, Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on utilizing Esri's software suite, such as ArcGIS, to analyze, manage, and visualize geographic data across various fields including urban planning, environmental management, and transportation.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity. In this role, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, and uphold professional and technical standards. This is an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing Esri Mapping Software and Geographic Information System (GIS) Applications to analyze and visualize geographic data

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
