Under the general direction of the Supervising Engineering Geologist, the Senior Engineering Geologist (Supervisor) is responsible for performing Timber Harvesting Plan and Vegetation Management/Fuels Reduction Project reviews and other forest and watershed related geologic, slope stability, and erosion reviews, geologic hazard assessment, local and regional geologic and geomorphic mapping, fluvial geomorphic analysis, and supervising FWG staff in the Sacramento office. Working Conditions
This position is located in Sacramento, CA and is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule, with employees required to work in-person at 715 P Street Sacramento, CA. At least two days of remote work and up to four days of in-office work per week is the available hybrid telework schedule for this position. Alternative work locations will not be considered.
Candidates who reside outside of the State of California may be admitted to the job interview but must show proof of residence in California prior to being eligible for appointment.
