What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans and strategies for projects, including land use, transportation, and community development
  • Conduct research and data analysis to inform planning decisions and recommendations
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and plans to internal teams, government agencies, and community stakeholders
  • Review and evaluate development proposals for compliance with zoning regulations, land use policies, and environmental standards
  • Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, and external partners to coordinate planning activities
  • Facilitate public consultations and engage with community members to gather input and feedback
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and objectives
