You’ll assist with site investigations, environmental assessments, and may contribute to geotechnical or mineral exploration projects. The role often provides excellent mentorship and on-the-job training, allowing you to develop technical expertise and build your professional network. Over time, successful Geologists In Training often advance to roles with greater responsibility, such as project geologist or specialized consultant.
