Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Global Leader, Large Deals Origination lead
This is a senior leadership role ensuring that Genpact experiences growth in priority and hunting accounts. You will be partnering with client partners and sales leaders to originate large / strategic deals. This position will be aligned across Genpacts verticals.
Responsibilities: Act as the large deal champion for the chosen business unit. Establish a clear strategy for large deal origination across current and target accounts. Consistently originate large deals ($50 M+ TCV) by positioning Genpacts offerings. Maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities to meet the unit target for large deals. Serving as the large deal advisor to Genpacts internal team and help position our value proposition successfully. Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations. Serving as a trusted advisor to the Genpacts largest clients across verticals and capable of providing guidance and thought leadership on current business issues facing C-level executives. Working with advisory and PE firms to cultivate channel / advisory relationships and originate large deals. Leveraging existing executive level relationships to enhance Genpacts brand. Developing and communicating a strategic sales plan and strategy to achieve assigned goals.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

200,000 to 290,000 USD
"Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. Chicago area candidates are eligible for this role only."

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
