Provides diagnosis and treatment of patients within the scope of practice as defined by all applicable Federal, State and local laws, regulations, protocols, etc. and within the individual Advanced Practice Provider's (APP) particular clinical specialty area, licensure and competency level. Performs acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures as appropriate.

What You?ll Champion:

  • Exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (APP) with an interest in Heart Failure, Electrophysiology, or Advanced Cardiology to join a highly specialized, established cardiology team
  • Full?time APP position providing direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a primary focus on Heart Failure management and advanced cardiovascular care
  • Enjoy a well?balanced lifestyle with four (4) 10?hour shifts and predictable scheduling
  • Integrated role within the Inherited Cardiovascular Disease (ICVD) / Cardiovascular Genomics & Precision Health Program, supporting patients with inherited and complex cardiovascular conditions
  • Training and mentorship provided in cardiovascular genomics, inherited heart disease, and precision medicine (CV Genomic & Precision program)
  • Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments, including detailed family and medical histories with a focus on genetic and inherited cardiac disorders
  • Order and interpret genetic tests and advanced diagnostic studies in collaboration with genetic counselors, cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and heart failure specialists
  • Work alongside expert, approachable physicians who value teamwork, teaching, and professional development; strong emphasis on APP mentoring and career growth
  • Preferred experience includes Cardiology, Heart Failure, ICU, or inpatient medicine (new or transitioning cardiology APPs with strong interest are encouraged to apply)
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment within ICVD, Heart Failure, Electrophysiology, and Precision Health services
