Job description

Job Title: Laboratory Technician Location: Arvada, CO Type: Contract To Hire Pay: $21-$22/hr Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Overview A growing laboratory organization is seeking an entry-level Laboratory Technician to support sample preparation and laboratory operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for recent science graduates looking to gain hands-on laboratory experience and build a long-term career within a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sample preparation, including aliquoting, potentially media prep, etc
  • Keep accurate data for all samples
  • Monitor inventory and support senior technicians with laboratory prep for future incoming samples

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science
  • Self-starter personality
  • Academic or industry instrumentation experience preferred (related to sample prep)
