What You'll Do

  • Clinical Support- take vitals, document in EMR, perform pointofcare testing

  • Immunizations & Injections- administer vaccines and medications

  • Phlebotomy- draw blood and prepare lab specimens

  • Patient Education- support diagnostic testing and wellness coaching

  • Clinic Flow- prep rooms, manage patient flow, assist front desk

  • Care Coordination- referrals, care gaps, outreach

  • Safety & Compliance- maintain infection control, HIPAA, QA standards

  • Participate in team meetings, training, and clinic performance goals

What You Bring

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Graduate of an accredited MA program

  • MA certification (AAMA preferred)

  • Phlebotomy experience

  • 2+ years' experience(primary care or urgent care preferred)

  • EMR experience

  • Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
