What You’ll Do - This role is far from routine. As Corporate Counsel, you will be a trusted legal partner across multiple business units, providing expertise in:
Privacy, Cybersecurity & AI – Stay ahead of emerging legal trends and safeguard our Client’s technology and data.
Global Regulatory & Compliance – Ensure compliance with international employment laws, anti-bribery laws, and dietary supplement & cosmetic regulations.
Strategic Contract impact – Draft and review agreements with third parties, vendors, and suppliers.
Policy & Government Affairs – Shape internal policies and liaise with regulatory agencies to advocate for our Client’s business interests.
Cross-functional Legal Leadership – Partner with key stakeholders to provide innovative, business-forward legal solutions.

 

What You Bring

1.      Law degree with active Utah State Bar admission.

2.      3+ years of legal experience (law firm & in-house mix preferred)

3.      Expertise in privacy, cybersecurity, international, employment, and contract law

4.      Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

5.      Ability to translate complex legal matters into actionable, business-friendly solutions

6.      A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset—you see legal as a business enabler, not just a gatekeeper
