Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Facilities Engineer to support the setup and operation of a new industrial processing line in North Las Vegas. In this role, you'll lead equipment installation, commissioning, process implementation, and continuous improvement while working closely with vendors and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing experience who enjoys building processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, and maintain industrial processing equipment.
  • Support equipment procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes and SOPs.
  • Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Engineering background with industrial or manufacturing experience.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
  • Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and process implementation.
  • Experience with procurement and vendor coordination.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
