The Opportunity: We're looking for a Journeyman HVACR Technician to lead our HVACR division with skill, precision, and a team-centered spirit. This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is passionate about quality service, and can coach and lead others to victory.

What You'll Tackle:

  • Mentor and lead a team of HVACR technicians as a coach and motivator.
  • Install, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems for diverse clients.
  • Troubleshoot issues in systems to ensure top-notch functionality.
  • Keep systems running efficiently and within environmental and safety guidelines.
  • Engage with customers, sharing insights, and delivering the Woola standard of service.


What You Bring:

  • Journeyman HVACR Certification: A must-have.
  • Experience: 5+ years in HVACR roles and hands-on system work.
  • Leadership: Team captain material-ready to train, support, and lead.
  • Problem-Solver: Quick thinker with strong technical know-how.
  • Customer Skills: Communication ace with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Driver's License: Clean record required.

Nice to Have:

  • Red Seal Certification.
  • Experience with commercial refrigeration systems.
