Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of software engineering, machine learning, or AI engineering experience
  • 2+ years building and deploying Generative AI solutions in production
  • Strong experience with Python development
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.)
  • Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI application design patterns
  • Experience deploying applications within Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform environments
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable system design
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Microsoft AI ecosystem experience
  • Experience fine-tuning or optimizing foundation models
  • LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks
  • Experience with ML Ops practices and model lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of NLP, recommendation engines, or predictive analytics
  • Experience developing AI agents and multi-agent workflows
  • Experience with Databricks and machine learning platforms
  • Containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes
