Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient contract split between clinics in Tunkhannock and Wyalusing, Pennsylvania.

The therapist will have a consistent location and schedule between the two clinics, rather than bouncing around unpredictably like some sort of rehabilitation pinball.

• Approximately 10–12 patients per day
• 50–55 visits per week
• 1-hour evaluations
• Outpatient musculoskeletal conditions
• Low back pain
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Geriatric rehabilitation
• Vestibular conditions
• General deconditioning
• Treats most age groups, excluding children ages 0–6
• NextGen documentation system

• Clinic hours are 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Coverage between Tunkhannock and Wyalusing clinics
• Consistent clinic assignment and schedule
• Support from PTs, PTAs, aides, clinical management and additional clinic staff

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
• At least 1 year of experience preferred
• New graduates are not accepted
• Dry Needling certification is a plus, but not required
