WHAT DOES A Retail Support Specialist DO?
  • Provides frontline support to retail staff and customers via phone, email, and Teams, including backup support for the Customer Support Department as needed.

  • Maintains strong working knowledge of Bank products, services, and systems to deliver accurate, confident assistance to retail staff.

  • Performs a wide range of operational and back-office functions, including research, teller system support, document imaging, scanning, indexing, and unposted item repair.

  • Completes customer maintenance and digital banking services such as account updates, online and business eBanking setup, password resets, self-enrollment approvals, and online account opening decisions.

  • Supports debit card, cash management, transfer services, fee adjustments, wire processing, basic IRA functions, CDs, corporate accounts, and safe deposit box maintenance.

  • Prepares and issues internal correspondence, completes routine clerical and administrative duties, maintains reports, and responds to retail email requests.

  • Ensures compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, safety standards, and applicable state and federal regulations, including BSA, EEO, OSHA, and diversity and inclusion standards.

  • Participates in training, assists with special projects, provides departmental coverage during absences or high-volume periods, and consistently demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and respect for others.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
