Starting Salaries: Step 1BA - $ 73,699 and Step 1MA - $81,804
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Valid NJDOE Teacher of Science Certificate.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods.
4. Ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
5. Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.
7. Must meet NJ Residency requirements as per the New Jersey First Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14-7 (L.2011, Chapter 70).
REPORTS TO: Designated Administrator
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Terms of tenure track positions per collective bargaining agreement. Starting salaries: Step 1BA - $ 73,699 and Step 1MA - $81,804
โ€ข The employee is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick and personal leave accruals (pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement), and enrollment in the New Jersey Teachers' Pension and Annuity Fund (TPAF) or the Public Employees' Retirement System.

reimbursement based on district policy.
